I bought a double wide mobile home Feb. 2011. The flyer had in bold letters Heat Pump. Went with the realitor and was told I would save half on my electric bill with the heat pump. The heater wasn’t working well when I moved in called a heating company to look at it, they said I have no heat pump. On my ownership papers it says Heat Pump, the owners prior to me on their papers it says forced air electric. Called the people that sold us the house, and told me it was my problem. I feel I have a case of fraudulent advertising and document recording.

This question involes an easement through my property for irrigation water. The city purchased a property next to mine, we had a written arraingment with the previous property owner for the irrigation water to pass through our property but not an actual easement. The city has drafted an easement for us to sign to put in a new underground pipe line in a slightly different place then before. Good Afternoon, I am going to be opening a report against my ex boyfriend this upcoming week in regards of him stalking me and rapeing me when I was 13 and he was 24 years. A month ago, I went to an emergency room with what turned out to be a heart attack, requiring a double bypass. Keeping in mind that I was barely able to breathe, the first hospital I went to took my blood pressure, and my temp, then placed me in a wheel chair and rolled me into the waiting area and said that they would see me when they had a chance. I ended up having to leave there and have an ambulance meet me on the way to another hospital, who certainly saved my life.

What I want to know is do I have any legal recourse against the initial hospital for endangering my life by not treating me as the emergency my condition obviously was?

She is telling me that my boyfriend of 7 years is no longer an approved visitor, but at the same time she is telling me that I have to move out of my house and break my lease. My boyfriend and I have lived together in a mobile home park for 9 years. The owner put a no trespass order on him saying that he heard from someone that he was selling drugs out of hear, he wasnt and the owner has no solid proof of that. I talked to the owner myself when I found out that the park was going to be sold and wanted the order to be lifted before the park sold he told me that the new owners and manager already had the paperwork and that he would talk to the new manager about lifting it and encourage her to do so. When I talked to her, the old owner went back on his word and was telling her anything he could to discourage her from lifting it. So now she told me that she agreed that it was personal between them so she was willing to give it a shot, but that he would have to fill out an application and if he had no background and got approved then he could come back. I asked her if he got denied to move back here, if she could at least have the no trespass order lifted so he could visit as a guest and she said if he got denied then he would never be allowed back in here again. My boyfriend is on the verge of being homeless, I now have to apply for assistance without his help financially, and my 11 year old daughter is devastated. I dont know what to do, my boyfriend and friends say I should hire a Lawyer and fight this, I dont know if I even have a case. Need help thanks

Now i’ve left a messege with his Public defender about if he needed any info from me that could help his case that he should call me. I have been separated from my husband for 1 year. Initially, he was very helpful with financial support to our two children and also myself. As the months went by, he paid less and less, and now, I’m lucky if I can get him to help at all. I work full time, and over time when and if I can, but I have two small children that need me desperately. What is important to worry about and what isn’t? As I said, I just want the required child support and that is it. I have NO desire to waste time and energy on him or his magnificent wealth and money…..give me a break already.

hello, i have an ex that we went through a domestic sitation, he got locked up and then got out, kept getting locked up i had a tpo against him and he violated it. he has been locked up several times, well he is on probation in two counties and out on two or three bonds, he just went to jail again, and bonded out again, how is this possible?? i want something done. how can he keep getting locked up and keep getting out? i dont understand!! please help with some advice!! thanks:)

on 09/22/2011, around 2:30p.m. ,i was laoding stuff up for a doc. app. i put my 17month old daughter in her carseat gave her the keys to play with and was going to shut the door so she didnt fall out, i ran around the car and tried to open the door and it was locked (all the windows were up)i ran to get my mom she called the gulf county sheriffs office for help. they told her they dont unlock doors gave her a locksmiths number,he was at the beach, on a job, he told her to call whites but she couldnt find the number. after 10-15 min’s i was able to get her to pull the lock on the drivers door up to unlock. she was sweating a good bit,we were at home for 15-20mins befor we choose to leave between the time we called the sheriffs office til we left not once did any officer stop in to check on what happened. would there be a case because of what the sheriffs office said?

if after a contested trail an order was overturned on appeal and remanded for a new trail, but instead of doing a new trail they just demiss the case and return the children to parents. now after 3 or more years they are trying to find dependency again but they are using the things from the last trail as evidence in this whole new case, is it legal for them to do this?

My lease expired 3/31/11 but my landlord let us stay. In June I sent a vacate premises letter to move out in July, but July came and we let the landlord know that we were staying and she accepted the rent for July but told us we had to be out 8/1/11. We surrendered the premises 8/1/11 and did a non formal walk through. I tried contacting the landlord several times no response until 10/11/11 and she stated she is sending a status of deposit letter. 10/16/11 I received the letter and she is now stating that we are not getting our deposit back because we violated the lease for having a pet and the damages she has implied is not agreeable by us. I just received a bill from a hospital visit from two years ago. I had to go to the billing dept at the hospital to get the bill. I never got the bill in the mail because my address changed. There are several procedures on the bill I didn’t know that I had. I never gave my consent to have these done. They never told me I was having 4 CT Scans done. I thought I was having one done. Can I dispute this? The bill is almost $5000. I live in West Virginia. It is in collections but not reporting on my credit report.
